Returns

We do hope that you will be very happy with your Issy Granger piece.

If you do wish to return your piece, please notify us as soon as possible at studio@issygranger.com. We will then provide you with the details for your return.

Refunds

We are happy to offer a full refund provided the item is returned in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of receipt.

Non-Returnable Items

Linen items cannot be returned once they have been removed from their protective plastic packaging.
All sale items are non-returnable.
All bespoke items are non-refundable.

Returning Your Item

Customers are responsible for return shipping and the order remains the customer’s responsibility until it is received by us. We recommend using a tracked and insured service. Please get in touch for more information on returning your goods. Email studio@issygranger.com

For table lamps, please ensure plugs are wrapped separately to prevent damage.

Faulty Items

Delivery charges and return postage costs will only be refunded if the item is faulty.
