Orders & Shipping

You can track your order using the shipping confirmation email or by logging in (or creating an account) with your email at the top right corner of our homepage. From there, you can view and track all past and current orders.

Please email us as soon as possible at studio@issygranger.com. If your order has already been dispatched, we’re unable to make any changes or cancellations.

If your order arrives and you believe it’s faulty, please email studio@issygranger.com with photos as soon as possible. We’ll help organise an exchange.Please note that our glassware is hand-blown, so small variations in colour or size are normal and part of the charm of the handmade process.

We ship worldwide! Please note that you’re responsible for any tariffs, taxes or duties applied to international shipments.

No, duties and taxes are not included and must be paid separately. Please keep an eye on your tracking updates for payment instructions to avoid delivery delays. Any returns to us will deduct any taxes and duties.

We aim to dispatch within 1–2 working days.

Yes, we do. Please place your order before 12pm for next-day delivery within the UK mainland. If your order is urgent, email studio@issygranger.com and we’ll do our best to help.Once your parcel has been collected by the courier, we’re unable to speed up the delivery time.

Returns & Exchanges

We’re happy to offer a full refund or exchange if the item is returned in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of receipt. Unless the item is faulty, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Once we’ve received your returned item, please allow up to 7 working days for your refund to appear in your account.

Bespoke items are non-refundable. If your bespoke item arrives faulty, please contact studio@issygranger.com and we’ll help resolve the issue.

Gifting & Bespoke Enquiries

Yes, you can. At checkout, you can include a note, and we’ll handwrite it for you and send the order directly to the recipient. You can also choose a card to include with your message.

Yes, we do. From small personalised gift sets to larger corporate orders, we can create thoughtful gifts for any occasion. Please email studio@issygranger.com with your enquiry - the sooner you get in touch, the better, so we can plan your order in time.

Product Information & Care

 For Issy Granger medium and large lampshades, we recommend a 5-inch shade carrier, depending on how high you’d like your lamp to sit on the base. If you’re unsure, please send us a photo with measurements and we’ll be happy to help. Our small lampshades have fixed gimbal fittings and don’t require a carrier. US lampshades have a finial fitting to suit harp fixtures.

 For bedside lamps, choose a small lampshade. For table lamps, we recommend our medium-sized shade.

Our glassware is dishwasher safe up to 55°C, though we recommend hand washing to keep it looking its best. Candlesticks should be wiped clean with a soft cloth.

We recommend dry clean only for all Merino wool throws.

To keep your butter dish looking its best, don’t leave the lid sitting in butter. If butter gets on the bottom edge, wipe it clean with a damp cloth. Hand wash with mild detergent and don’t leave to soak.

All our tablecloths are 180cm wide. Measure your table length to choose the right size and allow for some overhang on each side.

  • Small: 180 x 250cm
  • Medium: 180 x 300cm
  • Large: 180 x 350cm

We rarely hold sales as we aim to minimise waste and honour the value of craftsmanship. We do host a sample sale once a year, offering pieces that don’t quite meet our full product specifications but are still beautiful. Join our mailing list to find out when the next one is.

You’ll receive a 10% discount when you sign up to our mailing list. Please check your spam folder if you haven’t received it. If it’s still missing, email studio@issygranger.com or use the live chat on our website.

Custom embroidery usually takes 2–3 weeks to complete. Please place your order in plenty of time if you need it for a specific date.
