Royal Mail 48 (2–4 days): £5.00 (UK Mainland)
Royal Mail 24 (1–2 days): £7.00 (orders placed before 12pm, Monday–Friday)
Free UK Standard Delivery on all orders over £100. This cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount code, including the 10% welcome offer. Excludes Express Delivery. UK orders only.

Europe
We are currently unable to ship to the EU or EEA due to changes following the UK’s departure from the EU. We hope to resume shipping in the future.
USA
Orders are shipped from the UK to the USA. All duties and tariffs will be calculated at checkout, and your order will be sent DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) for a smoother, more effortless delivery!
Standard US Delivery: $20 (5–8 business days)
DHL Express Shipping: $80 (3–5 business days)
Please note that processing time is separate from delivery time, and we do not ship on weekends.
Rest of the World
Orders are shipped from the UK. All duties and taxes will be calculated at checkout, and your order will be sent DDP (Delivered Duty Paid).
Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery from dispatch.

Standard Shipping: 2–5kg: £100
Standard Shipping: Over 5kg: £200

Pre-Orders
Please check product pages for estimated delivery dates.
Orders containing pre-order items will be shipped together. We do not offer split shipments.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will send a replacement as soon as possible, subject to stock availability.
Customs & Taxes
International deliveries may be subject to customs duties or taxes once the order reaches the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Customs will usually contact you via the email used to place your order.
