Royal Mail 48 (2–4 days): £5.00 (UK Mainland)
Royal Mail 24 (1–2 days): £7.00 (orders placed before 12pm, Monday–Friday)
Free UK Standard Delivery on all orders over £85. This cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount code, including the 10% welcome offer. Excludes Express Delivery. UK orders only.

Collections are available from 11am to 3pm on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, unless otherwise arranged.

Europe
We are currently unable to ship to the EU or EEA due to changes following the UK’s departure from the EU. We hope to resume shipping in the future.
USA
Orders ship from our USA warehouse (excluding lamps and lampshades).
Small parcels: USPS Ground (1–5 business days)
Large parcels: FedEx Ground (1–5 business days)
Flat rate shipping: $25
Please note processing time is separate from delivery time and we do not ship on weekends.
Lamps and lampshades are handmade and rewired to US plugs, and will always ship from the UK. Duties and taxes for these items are not included and will be payable on arrival.
Rest of the World
Please allow up to 7 working days for delivery from dispatch.
Shipping rates:
0–2kg: £40
2–5kg: £100
Over 5kg: £200
Customers are responsible for any duties and taxes.
Pre-Orders
Please check product pages for estimated delivery dates.
Orders containing pre-order items will be shipped together. We do not offer split shipments.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will send a replacement as soon as possible, subject to stock availability.
Customs & Taxes
International deliveries may be subject to customs duties or taxes once the order reaches the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Customs will usually contact you via the email used to place your order.
