Discount codes
Our 10% welcome offer cannot be used in conjunction with the free delivery offer on orders over £150. Only one promotion can be applied per order.
Sale items are not included in the 10% welcome offer or any other discounted promotion.

Description of goods and measurements
Detailed attention has been given to ensure the product description and measurements listed on this website are correct and accurate. However, although the colours displayed are a close representation, slight variations may occur and the actual colours you see will depend on your device. Measurements given are approximate and fall within a 4cm tolerance. Each piece is handmade and quality checked once finished. Due to the handcrafted nature, no two pieces are identical and natural variations may occur-this is part of their charm.
Contract
We reserve the right to amend prices at any time. You must pay at the time of your order. Once payment has been received, we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an email to the address provided. Available goods will then be dispatched within 1–7 days after purchase.
The advertising of products on our website does not constitute an offer to sell and we are under no obligation to supply products ordered through this website. By placing an order, you are offering to purchase products from us. If products are shown on the site but are unavailable, incorrectly priced, or otherwise incorrectly described, we are not obliged to sell those goods.
Purchase
All stated prices are inclusive of VAT and in GBP. Delivery times include packaging and warehouse fulfilment. If items are not in stock, we will notify you as soon as possible. All goods are sold subject to availability.
Once we receive your order, we will send an acknowledgement email. Please note this does not mean your order has been accepted. All orders are subject to acceptance, which will be confirmed by an email stating that the item has been dispatched (Order Confirmation). The contract between us is formed only when this confirmation is sent.
Please retain this email as proof of purchase. Once payment has been received, we aim to dispatch your order within 1–7 days. Orders are sent via Royal Mail or ParcelForce.
We accept credit and debit card payments. We do not store your card details. If a technical fault results in an incorrect price being displayed, Issy Granger is not required to honour that price.

You agree that you are personally responsible for using this website and that your use complies with applicable laws. If we discover prohibited activity, misuse, or breaches of these terms, we reserve the right to deny access to the website on a temporary or permanent basis.
