Summer Wedding Decoration

 I got married at the start of May this year. One my favourite parts of our wedding prep was making and designing the decoration for the marquee. With lots of help from friends and family we made over 200 hot air balloons which we suspended from the ceiling! It took many many hours to figure out how to hang them but we did it and the effect was magical! 

We lined the tables with locally grown flowers and dotted our Issy Granger colourful candles and candlesticks amongst them. 

Every place name was a beautifully embroidered Issy Granger napkin in white, pink and blue which our guests took away with them at the end of the evening. 🤍

 

It can be tricky to decide which direction to go with for the decoration, what colours to chose and how to make your wedding feel truly unique to you. I hope these ideas will inspire you if you are planning your big day at the moment. Remember to enjoy the process, it really is a lot of fun!
