Living in London - pretending we are in Tuscany
Savouring what felt like our final warm Saturday evening in London we poured the wine, sat outside and enjoyed the last of the lighter nights.
I love entertaining. No matter how tiring the week has been, having friends over for a relaxed evening spent sharing stories and drinking good wine seems to me to be very good for the soul.
Whilst I look forward to the autumn and winter months there's something very special about dining in the garden.
Living in London, our garden is not large but features two tables for entertaining, a much loved bbq and many pots of flowers and plants at varying degrees of life. It's a happy space and one we will keep using even if we have to be wrapped in multiple coats and blankets.
