The Perfect Hugo Spritz Recipe

Serves: 1
Best served: Cold, in an Issy Granger Pom Highball

✨ Ingredients:

  • 50ml St-Germain elderflower liqueur
  • 100ml Prosecco
  • A splash of soda water
  • A few fresh mint leaves
  • 1–2 slices of lime
  • Ice (crushed preferred)

🍸 How to Make a Hugo Spritz:

  1. Fill your Issy Granger Pom Highball generously with crushed ice.
  2. Pour in 50ml of St-Germain.
  3. Add 100ml of chilled Prosecco.
  4. Top with a splash of soda water.
  5. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and a slice of lime.
  6. Stir and serve immediately.
